As real estate agents ourselves, we understand the financial pressure that agents are facing.  Therefore, we have decided to offer a new and exciting program as we enter our fifth year in Austin. 

On January 1, 2008 ETM will start paying agents 100% commission on every closed sale and lease.   You may ask:  What is the catch?   The answer:  Agents pay only $175 yearly membership fee, $125 transaction fee per residential sale or commercial lease closing until $10,000 in commissions are earned, then $275 fee per closing. These fees include E&O insurance. Residential lease commissions are subject to a fee of $25.   ETM Realty provides a meeting room, fax, printer, and internet service.
