As real estate agents ourselves, we understand the financial pressure that agents are facing.  Therefore, we have decided to offer a new and exciting program as we enter our seventh year in Austin. 

On January 1, 2010 ETM will start paying agents 80% commission on every closed sale and lease.   The other 20% will be split between the company and the agent who recruited the new agent. New agents who recruit other new agents will receive 10% of that agent’s commissions.  This arrangement will continue as long as the agent remains with ETM. The downline will be effective for two levels only but will afford each agent who recruits to have two sources of income, one from personal sales and the other from the recruited agents.  Each closed sale is subject to a $60 charge for errors and omission insurance
